The processing of your data is based on: your express consent when registering and using the platform, the execution of contractual obligations derived from your participation in projects, compliance with legal obligations before bodies such as the CNV, AFIP, and UIF, and our legitimate interest in improving the services we offer.

We may share information with: technology service providers who assist us in operating the platform (under confidentiality agreements), regulatory entities and competent authorities when required by current legislation, and trustees or managers of the real estate projects in which you participate, to the strictly necessary extent.
